It was brought to our attention that Supercare is being used by scammers asking to pay for your Peme/Medical Charges, PCR test and others through unauthorized channels like Gcash in exchange for faster transaction.

In line with this, please be advised that Supercare will never ask you or your crewmembers to pay for medical charges through these channels e.g. Gcash, Pay Maya, Coins.ph and any other downloadable app. Payment can only be made through our cashier upon medical, checks payable to SuperCare Medical Services Inc., and online bank transfer direct to our company’s bank account provided by our authorized personnel.

If you or your crewmembers encounter a suspicious message related to this, please do not transact with the sender and report immediately at dpo@supercare.com.ph and/or briberywatch@supercare.com.ph. Thank you!
